For agencies
Complete AEO visibility across the answer engines, data that enables action, and every client's brand under one login.

Mentionry is an AI visibility tool for agencies that tracks how ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews answer questions about your clients' brands. It records the full answers, citations, and sentiment daily, providing dashboards per client and AI agents to scale outreach, all under a single agency login.
How it works
The week, in the order it happens. Each step is a screen in the product.
Complete AEO visibility
Every client's brand under one login, every engine we read, readings kept in full.
See it
Data that enables action
Dashboards per client, saved and exported as PDF; every reading exported as CSV and JSON.
See it
Agents at scale
Sheets run one Agent over a column of client pages; the desk pitches from each client's own mailbox.
See it
Your own tools
API keys and an MCP server, so the data lands in the reporting you already use.

What to expect, and what not to
- Enterprise is quoted, not priced on a card, because nine engines across several brands cost more to deliver than any flat figure we would print.
- A live public dashboard link is not built; PDF export is.
- We do not carry customer logos on this site, because we do not print names without asking, and we will not print one we invented.
The agency problem with AI search
Your clients' buyers are asking AI assistants what to buy, and you cannot see the answers. You are measured on visibility and share of voice, but most tools stop at traditional search. You cannot report on which answer engines name a client, how they are described, or which of your pages they read.
Managing this across multiple clients compounds the issue. You need a separate login for each brand, you cannot compare performance at a glance, and scaling actionable insights from the data requires manual work for every single client. The shift to answer engines has created a reporting and execution gap.
A week with this AI visibility tool for agencies
Your week starts in Answer Engine Insights. You add each client as a brand under your single agency login. For each, you write the questions their buyers ask, like 'best project management software for small teams' or 'sustainable office furniture suppliers'. Mentionry puts these prompts to ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews every day, keeping every word of the answer and every URL cited.
You open the AEO Dashboards. Each client has a saved dashboard showing their visibility score, share of voice against named competitors, sentiment, and citation breakdown. You export any dashboard as a white-label PDF report for your monthly review. Every reading is also available as CSV or JSON for your own analysis.
You move to Sheets for scale. You have a column of fifty client landing pages that need meta descriptions optimised for AI. You run one AI Marketer Agent over the entire column. It drafts a unique description for each page, and you approve the batch. For outreach, you use the Desk to manage pitch drafts for journalist requests, each sent from the client's own connected email after your approval.
Finally, you connect your own tools. Using the provided API keys or MCP server, you pipe Mentionry's data, like daily visibility scores or new competitor mentions, directly into the internal reporting platforms and client portals you already use.
What to measure and report to clients
Focus on metrics that show presence and perception in AI. The visibility score shows how often a client's brand is named across your tracked prompts. Share of voice places that frequency directly against named competitors. Average position indicates where in the answer the brand appears.
Sentiment analysis reveals how the AI describes the brand, using adjectives like 'reliable' or 'expensive'. The citation split is critical: show clients the percentage of citations coming from their owned domains, their operated profiles like LinkedIn, and earned mentions from other sites. This shows where their authority lies and where gaps exist.
Report these metrics per engine, because performance on ChatGPT can differ from Google AI Overviews. Show trends over time to demonstrate impact. Use the exported PDF dashboards as the core of your review, supplemented with specific insights from the AI Marketer on opportunities to improve.
Where openings come from and what gets drafted
Actionable openings populate the Opportunities screen. They include journalist queries looking for expert commentary, podcasts booking guests, and articles that cite a competitor but not your client. Each opportunity is evaluated against the client's actual expertise.
The AI Marketer drafts the pitch for the ones you select. It writes a personalised email based on the journalist's request or the content of the article, incorporating relevant details from the client's brand kit. It can also draft follow-up emails, social posts announcing a placement, or internal briefing documents for your team. Every draft is an approval card you must confirm before anything is sent from the connected mailbox.
What to expect and what not to
Expect complete visibility across the engines on your plan, with all data exportable. Expect to run AI agents at scale across clients using Sheets. Expect API access to feed data into your existing systems.
Do not expect a live public dashboard link for clients. Reporting is via PDF export. Do not expect to see customer logos on our site. We do not publish client names without permission and will not invent them. The Enterprise plan is quoted, not priced on a card, because delivering nine answer engines across multiple brands costs more than any flat monthly figure we would print.
